Maple Street Tavern is a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Wyandotte. They needed a website they could grow with and a way to turn walk-in guests into a customer list they own. Here's exactly what we built.
The old site was hard to change and had no tracking, forms or way to capture customers.
People came in, ate, and left, with no way to invite them back.
Coupons and specials gave no data on who used them or whether they came back.
Rebuilt on a platform with built-in tracking, fast pages, a privacy policy and SMS terms, plus redirects so old links still work.
Separate QR codes for tables, coasters and checks, so the tavern sees which placement drives claims.
Guests claim free truffle fries with an entrée. Texting consent is a separate, optional checkbox, never bundled with the offer.
Each guest gets a unique ticket code by email, and it can be reopened on any phone.
Guests tap to redeem at the table. The system locks the code, so two taps at the same time still count once.
We registered the tavern's texting number with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) and got it approved, so welcome texts send.
The claim page asks what they want more of, like trivia, karaoke, game day, live music, food specials or happy hour, and every answer is saved to the guest's profile.
Claims, redemptions, texting opt-ins and guest interests on one screen, ready for the monthly report.
The system went live in September 2026. We don't publish numbers we don't have yet. Real claim, redemption and return-visit results will be posted here once there's a full month of data.
